KYRENA
KYRENA, founded in July 2007, runs Cellublue, the group’s original brand. Born online in 2013, Cellublue offers body care in its own online shops across Europe: more than ten years of digital-first beauty.

TDP5M
Founded in December 2022, TDP5M builds accessible consumer brands in four fields, beauty essentials, body care, skincare and lips, and personal-care devices, and sells them on marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, in online shops and in retail.

From formula to parcel
PRIAM LOGISTICS & COSMETICS
Founded in February 2023, PRIAM writes the formulas and buys the raw materials; the products are made to its specifications, several million units a year in cosmetics and food supplements.
Buying for several brands at once pools the volumes, and gives closer control over cost, quality and timing.
PRIAM keeps the products in its warehouse and ships the brands’ online orders, several hundred thousand a year, worldwide.

ILIONA HOSTING
ILIONA HOSTING, an independent company founded in April 2004, operates the infrastructure the group’s shops run on, and a 16-petaflop AI cluster. Its three data centres in the Paris region, DC2SCALE PAR3 in Vélizy-Villacoublay, ETIX Paris #1 in Paris and Opcore DC1 in Bezons, are each connected to the Internet at 100 Gbit/s and joined, with the offices, by four dark fibres. Since 2026 they have been connected by AS201040, ILIONA GROUP’s network.
AS201040 announces two RPKI-signed IPv4 blocks through two French transit providers.

How the group was built
Technology in 2004, a beauty brand born online in 2013, a group in 2021, new brands and a supply chain in 2022 and 2023, and in 2026 ILIONA GROUP’s network and a new generation of brands.
ILIONA, today ILIONA HOSTING, is founded in April and starts with servers and virtualisation, then web, search and online marketing. Technology comes first, and the brands are built on it.
KYRENA is founded in July; in 2013 it launches Cellublue online, the group’s original brand. It shows that a brand can be built from the web, and gives the group its experience of online commerce.
ILIONA GROUP, the holding company, is founded in July. The brands gain a structure to which new companies can be added.
TDP5M is founded in December, for accessible consumer brands. They are made for online shops, marketplaces and retail.
PRIAM is founded in February for formulas, supply chain and logistics, and 1108 BRANDS in April for new brands. The group moves from one brand to several, on shared foundations.
The RIPE NCC assigns AS201040, ILIONA GROUP’s network, which connects ILIONA HOSTING’s three data centres; 1108 BRANDS creates Innerflo. The group has its own network, and a new generation of brands.
